The British Beekeepers Association

As a mead company, honey is essential to what we do—but the bees that create it are facing serious threats.

Pollinators, especially native bees like bumblebees and solitary bees, are disappearing at an alarming rate. Honey bees, too, are struggling, with beekeepers reporting heavy losses. Factors like habitat destruction, pesticide exposure, disease, parasites, and climate change are all taking a toll. Bees are losing their food sources, nesting spaces, and genetic diversity, making survival even harder.

The British Beekeepers Association is working to protect honey bees by funding crucial research into their health, behaviour, and environment. These projects help tackle the growing challenges bees face, but they need support to continue this important work.

By donating, you can help safeguard the future of bees and the vital role they play in our ecosystem. Every contribution makes a difference!
